      Co worker were good and it was fairly easy

      Not enough pay Management sucked it's who you know and not what you show Favorite of certain people Lack of respect of upper management and some of the customers HR not knowing what is all going on Lack of communication from shift to shift No room for advisement if leads or management don't like you.. lack of training as well
