Long, rotating hours. Hot environment within the warehouse.

Large established company that won't go out of business. First tier managers worry more about themselves and covering their own butts than getting their people's backs.

Cons

Inside Sales viewed as necessary evil compared to outside sales. Internal customers harder to work with and collaborate than outside customers.

Pros

Coworkers are great and considered as family. Lots of internal training at every level for almost everything. Promotions within company Good Benefits and insurance Pay is not too bad for all things considered

Cons

Service Managers don't all treat their mechanics right and don't take care of them, only care about their own numbers for their bonus Management not always trained properly Don't take care of the long time seniority mechanics Fire too many good long time mechanics and drivers for stupid things that usually come from improper/lack of training
