Pros

Monthly events geared toward improving moral and keeping things fun for the employees, some departments offer flex schedule and work from home options

Cons

Management that blames employees for poor department performance, HR that does not know how to keep concerns brought to them confidential, unwillingness to promote from within; "old boys network" still in full effect when it comes to promoting
