      The people. If you are in the right click of people then you will succeed other wise you will fail.

      Cons

      They are letting their tenured-dedicated employees go. Bringing in young fresh out of college who stay 2-3 years and leave once they have experience.

      The size of the Company allows for lateral movement amongst various sites and different verticals.

      Cons

      Thrown into the position without any training or support, reached out for training on various occasions and was told no formal training existed, unhappy employees with very low morale, integrity issues throughout.
