      Pros

      Opportunity to be creative with customers. Given the autonomy to manage accounts with minimal interference as long as performance and customer satisfaction is evident.

      Cons

      Great opportunities for advancement but a lot of the time the promotions seem to be reserved for selected individuals.

      Pros

      Ryder is a welcoming job. I started out on the rental counter as a trainee and quickly promoted to operations. Great health benefits and friendly working environment.

      Cons

      Upon offer of job you have to go where there is an open spot if you try to get in by being and operations management trainee or rental management trainee. You have to do a lot of outside training on your own time to keep up. No time to due training while currently on the job. (at least correctly and learning) you can play it on the background like everyone else does and guess when the questions come up. You don't really fail the exams because it plays it over and over until you pass.
