      Pros

      A very independent position for people who are self-motivated and don't need much supervision. The position has decent benefits and the people you work with are pleasant.

      Cons

      The pay is not where it should be for the amount of work that this position is burdened with. The constant contract re-negotiations that seem to be very one-sided make the pay structure very fragile and inconsistent.

      Pros

      Great training and world class offerings. It is a challenging position but the opportunity for advancement and the ability to retain clients for renewal is great.

      Cons

      Director level management in my area was weak and only concerned about promoting their own agenda. The idividual I worked for was out of touch with the changing market conditions. The company's focus on inside sales was demensing the commission structure without fair adjustment to work load. There was a very poor work life balance with regards to my individual direct report.
