      Ryder itself has the potential to be a great company to work for, but it depends on which account you pick, if you are not careful you'll get with one that might actually hurt your career … And that's always a no go.

      Cons

      no switching between accounts within one year. Some accounts have terrible management system

      Pros

      Easy day to day operations. It is easy to get comfortable doing the same job every single day with very little challenges.

      Cons

      Good ole boy management style. Managers are fearful of change and are really not interested in improving processes to get better lead times. This account has a lot of mindless lazy employees who want to get paid to do minimal work.
