Pros

Working here has taught me countless things I never learned in school. Lots of hands on experience with managing other and controlling the workflow of a shop.

Cons

Set shift times. Either you work a 5:30-2pm or 12:30-9pm. not much wiggle room in schedule

Pros

Great pay and great incentives.

Cons

Internal process after signing deals is a little lengthy. Be sure to familiarize with as much of the internal process before signing inorder to avoid slowing down the sales cycle.

Pros

Excellent benefits package, great coworkers, excellent real world experience for those interested in becoming heavy duty diesel technicians. Vacation time improves, the longer you're employed.

Cons

In order to receive bonuses and raises, Ryder has developed a complicated and unrealistic process via their software (technician scorecard) that technicians must satisfy in all categories.
