      The only pro is job security

      Extremely low pay, long hours, expect you to work 24/7, doesn't honor or believe in any holidays, vacation is limited, doesn't pay you the right amount every paycheck, doesn't offer bonuses or pay increases, only gave employees a time clock instead of a reason to stay and work.
