Pros

Has nothing special to offer, literally any other warehouse could provide better benefits and morale. Close If you live in Hebron...

Cons

Terrible management No HR department Will dump large responsibilities on you for a 50 cent raise IF you get promoted Ridiculous amounts of overtime with no end in site.

Pros

Great benefits package with vacation upon hire New(ish) equipment OEM Diagnostic Software Structured maintenance program (Have I used 20 words yet?)

Cons

Safety program continuously changes and any deviation from it will get you fired, OEM training is highly condensed (My last Detroit Diesel class the instructor actually said "Ryder only gives me 2 days to teach all of you this 3 week course, so hang on tight") and only available when enough people request it, There is a complete shortage of replacement equipment available for lease customers when their trucks are placed out of service for maintenance issues, rotating on-call late night calls will keep you tired, and if you can cheat the numbers and the antiquated computer system (FAMP with a javascript overlay) you might just have a chance at them finding another reason to not give you a quarterly bonus.
