      Ryder's a great company, some of there polices are uncalled for but the education you receive out weights most faults.

      training is second to none, willingness to work with employee, benefits are reasonable. all in all its a very good company.

      Cons

      middle management changes too quickly, policy's affect your personal life, monitor driving status very closely, can have devastating consequences no matter how long you've been with the company.
