      Pros

      Great starting salary, they pay for a small portion of your Masters, you will travel both domestically and internationally. Upper management are great and truly care for their employees. CEO/CFO will actually talk to you in the elevator, so prepare the elevator speech!

      Cons

      Travel may be seen as a con if you do not like to be away from home. In general, younger professionals enjoy it while older ones see it as a bit of a chore.

      Its a big company with many opportunities

      Its too big to take and some of the managers don't seem to be manager caliber
