Pros

This can be a good place to work but as always your manager and teammates are key factors. I have a good relationship with them and they are very supportive. Excellent benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, and training.

Cons

Promotions and advancements are sometimes based on office politics. Raises are not as often as you would like. Sometimes lack of communication can be an issue but better collaboration tools are being put in place.

Pros

Flexible work schedule as a part-time driver. Day shift. Home every night.

Cons

Very unorganized. Vehicles do not have the proper registration paperwork in cab, Licenses are expired. Very poor directions to delivery destinations. They have no problem asking you to do something unsafe. You have to use their "Captain of the ship" policy to get out of it. Then you're looked upon as a wuss. Dispatcher reflects his pay. No raises. No benefits. No comunication. They don't follow up on your complaints. HR nonexistant.
