      Pros

      Trying to become more employee focused for front line workers, things like employee bbqs etc.... Everyday is different. Due to amount of work the days and weeks and years fly off the page.

      Cons

      Everyday, you have to do more with less. Upper managers who grew with the company got to their roles by being 'yes' men and women. If you can say yes and work 40, 45, then 50 and then 55 and then 60 hours in a week you will get promoted.

      Pros

      Solid financial company. Sr. Mgmt knows how to make a profit in hard times. Very diversified culture and business groups. Each Team/Group handles specific accounts and customers and has intimate knowledge of each customers needs.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry average by nearly 30-40%. Growth opportunities are limited at best. Aging work force and management. Training is non-existent, Reviews are done anually yet no salary adjustments. Template for reviews is unclear what is expected of employees

      People in Dispatch and Operations are very unorganized, understaffed and very toxic. Gossip, complaining and blameshifting are a part of their everyday! Stay clear
