Pros

Vacation time is earned rapidly. One week after 6mo of service. Two weeks after 1yr of service and three weeks after 5yrs. Four weeks after 15yrs.

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough indians. The Shreveport location lacks leadership, other locations this may not be the case. As a company, they focus too much on sales employees and almost ignore operations and warehouse employees. They are constantly looking to improve the sales force while never paying any attention to making improvements in the operations force. Decisions are made by people with no working knowledge of the day to day work. Current CEO'S slogan of "Say yes. Figure it out. " is a slap in the face of operations personnel who must follow rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Raises are nonexistent other than the miniscule cost of living increase. Company is eager to hire college educated idiots rather than people with actual skill.
