Pros

Get to work with good people. Opportunities are varied. Promotions are awarded to people that perform. Safety of employees is a top priority

Cons

I have been retired for 5 years and unaware of the current state of technology and management practices. Lean manufacturing needs to be a company-wide priority driven from the top.

Pros

Great benefits, wonderful people, service oriented, and promotional opportunities exist for those willing to relocate!

Cons

It seems the older employees whom have been with the company over 10 years resist change, competing values create stress between operations, sales and procurement. Outsourced functions such as shipping do not support company goals and reflect negative face to customers.
