Pros

The company possessed a great culture, friendly coworkers, opportunity to advance, paid vacation and health benefits, no micromanaging, encouraging managers willing to be helpful

Cons

Limited training, so you must know information about metals, high turnover rate with some employees and team members, wish there was more of a team presence, and stronger communication structure

Pros

Health insurance and fair 401K match

Cons

Company doesn't fill roles when people leave. They just absorb the responsibilities in other positions. They have the mentality that you should just be thankful to have a job. The pay is average at best and they do little to keep their employees from leaving to work elsewhere. You will never get more than a 1%-2% raise unless you get an offer from a competitor.
