Pros

- Competitve salary and benefits - Excellent work/life balance - Ryerson Academy training program is intense and enable high performers to be recognized and developed - Opportunity to advance high, especially if relocation is an option - Takes new graduates with minimal experience and develops them into proficient employees

Cons

Must be able to adapt to constant change while maintaining high level of performance. Must be able to withstand negativity and push through those who do not want to change so that the company can reach its full potential in the metals market. Relocation is necessary for quick advancement if that is what you are looking for.

Pros

There's room for advancement for those who really want it. I’ve had an opportunity to work with a great team of people in my current and previous roles which has made it easy to come to work each day. I feel current initiatives will place the organization in a position to prove itself as an industry leader.

Cons

There is a strong need for diversity within the organization. While we are attracting more women to what has been a historically male dominated organization, there is a need for minority representation across all levels.
