Good entry level company for manufacturing/sales engineer. Great people on the engineering side. Reasonable bonuses.

Cons

Slow, unlcear advancement path. "Standard" low percent raises. Pay doesn't increase with value added. Bonuses depend on broad metrics performance not just individual or department metrics.
