The bonus system works as such: -You will receive a WHOPPING 1.5% of profit margins on your sales -You will also receive an incentive based on how many calls you make, how close you stay to the script, and new leads. They call the position an inside sales rep in Minneapolis. But if you get the job please understand that you will be called a Call Center Rep. If you look to be working at a telemarketing company then you found it. You will go for weekly reviews of your calls because you are recorded at all times.

Salary and benefits are average at best. Bonuses are hardly worth it unless you are senior staff. Owned by a private equity firm whose business is making as big a profit as possible, hence the laying-off of many staff when they bought Ryerson. Present Ryerson executive team is working hard to turn things around and build up the business again, but it takes time.
