      Personable staff and everyone wants you to achieve your goals. In an internship, you will learn valuable skills and complete various projects.

      Cons

      There is some downtime with nothing to do once everything is completed as an intern.

      Fair pay and fairly good benefits

      Cons

      You have to be part of the right cliques to survive. It's the most political and toxic work environment I have ever seen. Company morale is at an all time low according to some current employees, and they are losing great people all of the time. If you like to play the game and can sell you will fit right in. There are way too many incompetent managers within the ranks and they keep slightly more competent employees in place to mask their inabilities and do their jobs for them
