Pros

After a few years, the amount of vacation time is great.

Cons

- Unbelievable amounts of racism and homophobia. - Anonymous surveys are not kept private - Unwilling to hold senior employees accountable - Will keep temp employees for months despite blatant insubordination. Zero corrective action resulting in low productivity, lack of efficiency of other workers(picking up slack), and a hostile work environment. - Will use bogus reasons to let you go - Nepotism in the workplace. Hiring son for position despite seniority of other employees and lack of qualifications.
