Pros

Overall good company to work for. I have learned a lot in my role and we have really great people working here. I feel that I will have opportunities to move up the ladder here.

Cons

The company can run pretty lean causing burn out. Employee can feel like just a number.

Nich Knudsen is the best!! I don't even know where to begin, from the first interaction he has been super helpful, kind, professional and very encouraging which was needed during the worry time of being on the market looking for new opportunities. I have been a part of the Ryerson team for less than a month now and so far, i am so happy i have made the decision to accept this offer. everyone is super kind and helpful, the company is very good to its employees. I plan to stay and grow my career here at Ryerson and I could not have done it without Nicholas K, thank you!
