First and foremost Herlena Latham great HR rep. From first contact she has been so helpful with my transition into the company. My new coworkers even tell she's the one to go to for help. Which for me was odd,because you don't hear people praising an HR rep like they do. Benefit package is solid the pay is great. I love my hours and there seem to be plenty overtime I mean (ching ching) they are a second chance hire. Which is great if you have a little bit of a past. Now they do expect you to do what you were hired to do. But they're not micro-manageing you to do so. The team on my shift is cool they welcomed me in day one. As we all know is a rare find for warehouses. I could go on,but it's time for the cons.
