These are great people to work with. They look after their employees.

Cons

It is difficult to find good hires. The load is shared until the right hire is found.

Pros

pay is adequate, community involvement, benefits are okay

Cons

you get promoted quickly only if you have degree with Texas A&M, Management is not engaged with actual production issues, quality is job #2 production numbers are their only concern, reactive instead of proactive regarding quality. would be a great company if they really cared about customer requirements.
