      Pros

      Vacation and Sick time policy recently changed, which makes this an attractive company for a new hire. Increasing focus on employee engagement.

      Cons

      Initiatives are still slow to be executed, but things appear to be moving in the right direction, albeit slowly.

      Pros

      Ryerson is a great place to learn and grow, and it is full of great people. Very active and engaged C-suite who want to improve the business- this trickles down through much of the organization. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Benefits + bonus aren't great. Thinks often move slowly as people/processes can be set in their ways.
