Pros

Solid company that has been through a lot in over 175 years. Good culture Good healthcare Genuinely helpful coworkers

Cons

Ryerson is crippled by their shipping department Promises to customers aren't kept because shipping is often late Warehouse needs to support sales better Commission structure isn't fair for all

Benefits offered including 401K, paid vacation, and health insurance.

Cons

Moved to Norcross, GA to branch sales. Managers there (not Dallas, TX) need work on their personal skills and interactions.
