Pros

Healthcare insurance is good. Wages are good, 401k match is average.

Cons

Never know about overtime or holiday work plans in advance to plan family time. Planning vacation time is hard holiday weeks are blacked out around July 4 shutdown and Christmas to New Years can’t use vacation time then neither.

Good people at operational level

Cons

Shocking management, especially HR. Treat the employees very poorly. Huge staff turnover. Hired a consultant to find out why everyone was leaving, who confirmed it was due to low pay, non existent training. MD rejected his conclusion saying some people are not suited to working in factories, despite the fact that most leaver went to jobs in other factories!
