Profitable company that has withstood multiple economic downturns with minimal layoffs. The onsite clinic is a great perk.

Cons

Very hot work environment in die casting area, especially during summer.

Wages, bonus, and vacation time.

Cons

Executive Management team goal appears to want to force out older, long-term employees to reduce retirement payout. No regard for long-term dedicated employees. HR group pretends not to notice upper managements treatment of their employee's. Sludge hanging off the walls and air quality very poor.
