Pros

Great company with and if ever the sales group is aligned with the operations team the sky is the limit with this company. The growth potential can actually be overwhelming at times.

Cons

Quality and manufacturing are not working together as a team. Responsibilities are not clearly defined and these gray areas overload the manufacturing teams from being able to effectively improve quality and productivity.

Pros

The job seems pretty solid so far. I have been treated with respect and there is an eagerness to teach me the right way to do things. The company has an on site medical clinic that is free of charge to its associate workers thru the week and they allow you to go to the local area med check clinic they have a contract with on Saturdays free of charge. This company seems to really value their employees and the local area.

Cons

The pay seems low for what I am doing but no one starts out at the top. Long hours seems to be the norm.Even tho there are some cons they dont over shadow the pro's!

Pros

* A stable workplace despite the financial woes of the automotive industry. * Lots of opportunities to move up in the company. * Great insurance/benefits packages. * The most paid holidays out of any factory in the area. (Includes two 1 week shut-downs for 4th of July & Christmas) * Employees are always informed on the company's status thanks to quarterly meetings. * Employees are monetarily rewarded for their cost saving ideas that are implemented.

Cons

* Wages are kinda low for the type of work, and increases are pretty minimal. * Getting on 1st shift is virtually impossible in popular departments. * Working environment can be physically dangerous and hazardous to your health
