Pros

Well-rounded training. Workers are trained in troubleshooting, forklift operation, die setup and changes, and more.

Cons

First, overtime is abundant. Second, I worked here and went on orders for the military (~2 weeks). Upon return, all paperwork was sent to HR. A few weeks later, I was walked out because they never filed the paperwork. Was told I would be called back to work once it was filed, but was never called. Took my badge, making it impossible to speak with supervisors about coming back.
