Pros

Great company with and if ever the sales group is aligned with the operations team the sky is the limit with this company. The growth potential can actually be overwhelming at times.

Cons

Quality and manufacturing are not working together as a team. Responsibilities are not clearly defined and these gray areas overload the manufacturing teams from being able to effectively improve quality and productivity.

Pros

The job seems pretty solid so far. I have been treated with respect and there is an eagerness to teach me the right way to do things. The company has an on site medical clinic that is free of charge to its associate workers thru the week and they allow you to go to the local area med check clinic they have a contract with on Saturdays free of charge. This company seems to really value their employees and the local area.

Cons

The pay seems low for what I am doing but no one starts out at the top. Long hours seems to be the norm.Even tho there are some cons they dont over shadow the pro's!

Pros

The "worker bees" are wonderful. Some of the engineers are great also. The hourly employees are generous and loving of one another

Cons

Hourly employees are treated poorly compared to salary employees. There is also not much advancement for women at the company. I do took over the same job an "engineer" was doing and don't get compensated half of what he did. He also refused to do specialized paperwork for a customer that I am now doing. Very frustrating
