Money, the coworkers, the benefits,

Cons

12 hour days, 7 days a week. Lying to employees when overtime ends. Forcing employees to work scheduled shut down days such as the day after Thanksgiving and day after Christmas. Forcing employees who just got over covid to work 12 hour days. Very anti union.
