      Fast pace, fulfilling work, goal Orientated. Opportunity to grow and promotions are widely available as long as you can show your potential for the next level

      Low quality workers, Company uses a temp service, so you will constantly be training new temps until you get a promising crew

      The pay there was adequate

      Cons

      Management is horrible from top-down. They bring in employees but then dont provide them with the tools and training to succeed. Company culture is underwhelming and extremely cliquey. If you dont fit in then you wont last long.
