Pros
Pays well if you have been there a long time. Can be a good, steady job depending on which branch you work at.
Cons
Indianapolis branch is in a deplorable state. Equipment is often broken. The building is filthy. If you are unlucky enough to drive any of the lifts for extended periods of time you will find the floor is in such poor shape that the constant booming sounds of hitting the holes in the floor and the vibrations of the damaged lifts will make your work days nearly unbearable. Adherence to safety standards are questionable at best.
