Pros

The pay is ok. Alot of the vets there are really helpful;

Cons

The hours can suck. The managers can be way younger than you. There is no authority and the kids hired tend to do what they want

Pros

I started off as an intern and was hired on full time after 7 months. It was a great start to my career and I learned a lot. The people in the IS Department are wonderful and teach you a lot. People have been there 10+ years. They are replacing multiple systems and it's great to implement the new systems.

Cons

Since people have been there 10+ years there is some resistance to change and people can get stuck in the old ways causing changes to happen slower than normal, but they're working on that.

Pros

I am able to stay active and get a lot of overtime. I'm able to switch to different jobs throughout the shift. They give gifts at 5 year employment increments. Their health screening program during the summer earns the employee good rewards. Great health insurance.

Cons

Work is extremely hot during the summer. Seem to always be looking for employees. Pressure to perform quotas.
