      Pros

      The people are great. Many have been there for a long time and it is more of a family than co-workers. SPR is never boring. There is always plenty to keep you busy and learning new applications, processes, businesses.

      Cons

      The IT group is short-staffed, with sometimes unreasonable deadlines. The headquarters buildings are a little ratty. Some people have been there a long time and are resistant to change.

      I was with them for year-and-a-half they cross-train me across the whole Warehouse and work with me on other occasions

      Cons

      It's a Production base environment and there are some problems with talking two employees about other employees
