Pros

The SP Richards DC Where I am employed is a good work environment. Opportunities to cross train in different areas, and train others based on your experience. The pay is good, and there is overtime.

Cons

The workforce is small per shift, so time off, vacation days are limited to one employee off per day(s) scheduled including shift management. The hours are long when others have time off.

Pros

Nice people. Solid support and tools given to do the job. Company car was nice. Computer systems provide good info but cumbersome.

Cons

Training is poor. Ability to self - teach and have good computer skills is very important to have coming in. Very hard to change and fraught with some old school ideas. Very frugal company.

Cons

Multi-tasks, hot and humid in warehouse, sometime overworked, dusty and dirty. Bad management team.
