      Pros

      Great people throughout the organization, with the exception of the executive team which is terrible.

      Cons

      The executive team only protects themselves. They're not concerned about the employees of the organization. Ripe for being sold, don't plan on going to work here if you want a place to work for the next 5+ years. Reduced benefits, no 401k match; sinking ship. HR department is a joke.

      Salary and benefits when we had a pensions and I like the job itself without the people and the kid atmosphere

      I don’t know where to start this place should be a reality show to much drama and way to many A’ Holes

      Pros

      Good starting pay with regular pay raises up to 2 years. Health insurance and 401k. Friendly employees Helpful supervisors Many employees have worked for the company for 10+ years.

      Cons

      Unfair treatment of employees with some being favored. Promotions are almost impossible. Long hours. High quotas. Constant criticism by managers. Hard workers not recognized. Management not open to new ideas to increase production.
