Pros

Good pay. Straight forward work. In my branch the coworkers are nice and there is a unique culture there. Hard working managers, care about the work. Weekends off.

Cons

Very little opportunity for advancement, but that is partly the nature of the work. Difficult to switch shifts. Not flexible, hard to take days off. As a warehouse worker they are not really concerned with your personal life/plans if it interferes with work at all. Though this is usually reasonable considering the type of work it can go overboard.

Pros

Benefits, benefits and benefits. Pay is among the best. And the job is not that hard. Did I mention about the benefits?!?!

Cons

Like most companies in this economy we are running "lean and mean." This means that if you are a continual screwup you still get to keep your job!! WTF ?!?!?!
