Pros

Most of the employees are great to work with. the pay was fair, and the benefits are good.

Cons

Lack of information sharing between management and employees. You have to almost beg for time off. Your given the evil eye if your children get sick or god forbid you have a death in the family. Lack of respect given to employees. Your treated as children that have to be given direction in every task. Lack of hiring in new employess. SP Richards would rather have 8 people working 12 hours a day than 10 people working 9 hours a day.

Pros

S.P. Richards provides fairly competitive compensation and benefits. The team at Headquarters in Atlanta is very helpful and understanding. The executive management team at H.Q. seem to truly care and are willing to listen.

Cons

At S.P. Richards you are valued very little for the hard work you do, and you do not have job security, regardless of the years or decades you have been with the company. Management makes you very aware on a daily basis that you are completely replaceable, and hard work goes mostly unrecognized by senior management. The biggest con is the lack of training, support and assistance with professional growth.

Co- Employees, flexibility with time for part timers in school, decent pay W E B S I T E makes things easy

Cons

To be honest this is one of the least organized companies i've ever worked for. Management literally walks around and talks all day ( and not even about work related topics) Unfair treatment, no career advancement (they'd rather hire someone from the outside, then someone who's put years in.)
