Tribally owned, free snacks, supervisors are just happy to have help as they are over their heads,

male dominated culture due to industry they are in - must be rough around the edges to feel comfortable working here, flying by the seat of their pants, unorganized, growing so quickly without infrastructure to keep up so employees wear multiple hats and are tasked with creating solutions, benefits would be better if they had a lower premium
