Pros

Small Corp, pretty easy work, pay is lower but livable. Seem to get good people for some reason.

Cons

Working for this company you better get used to doing things the "Montana way".Management doesnt have a clue and isnt helpful. No matter how hard you work and try, there is no recognition coming. Divisions are not able to help each other out. No pay growth.
