Decent place to work as a sub-contractor to Boeing, though the benefits, HR, and corporate management can be a pain.

Pros

As a subcontractor to Boeing, there is very limited engagement with S&K as your daily work is at a Boeing facility, and management of tasks is conducted by Boeing.

Cons

S&K is nothing more than a body shop. They buy up contracts, impose somewhat poor benefits, and ship you out to the prime contractor. The direct supervisor is difficult to get information from, often lacks knowledge of company rules and policies, and HR benefits are not made clear (e.g. 401k enrollment, etc.). Fight hard to get a job with the prime contractor rather than S&K!

Fantastic benefits. AMAZING schedule. Great work environment. Bi annual raises. Supervision is wonderful. Overall a fantastic place to work. No complaints!

Cons

Nothing really to complain about. Health insurance could come with a lower deductible. No ability to work overtime. Can't say much more than that.
