Pros

There are many great people with technical knowledge at the lower management and operational levels.

Cons

Lack of motivation among many employees including managers. The company has a problem with to much corporate overhead, Vice Presidents and Project managers. There to many higher ups who don't produce and their salaries pull down profitability. Upper level management decisions being made because First people off the bus are the people who built the company.

Flexibility and ability to do many different types of projects.

Cons

Managers listen to respond and not to understand. Company benefits are less than stellar. Company does not seriously contribute to 401k plan and ESOP plan does not return any dividends.

It is hard for me to even think of something positive about this company.

Cons

There is way too man chiefs and not enough hard working individuals. The atmosphere of this company is toxic.
