      Talented engineers and scientists that are good to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless. If your not located in the Carolinas, you're invisible. They tend to play favorites, and if you're not a favorite, there's no point in staying.

      Lots of good people, especially at the mid levels and below.

      Management is a bunch of engineers (typical for the industry) and engineers have poor people skills.
