Very disorganized company. HR department is a mess. Management is very poorly supervised by higher ups. This company spun out of control during my time there.

Pros

S&S treats all employees fairly. And, almost like family. The office contemporaries get along quite well. We are not cut throat or really piitted aginat each other. New employees are treated fairly and are under a 90 day supervision advisory. If it doesn't work out for either party; we both know in advance.

Cons

Customer Service job can be fairly mundane with little opportunity to advance
