Cons

Training is a bit minimal, but you have a ton of support for questions so it’s really not a con. I think that helps build mentor-type relationships

Family atmosphere, the company is very involved in keeping up to date with the most recent technology, Management does actually care about the employees and their issues. The pay is very good compared to other companies in the same industry.

Cons

Medical insurance for someone with a family is pretty expensive.

I've had the opportunity to work for S&S over a 3 year period, first as part-time contractor and now as a full-time employee. The overall success of the Company is a reflection of the culture that the ownership and management team has built over the last two decades. S&S Activewear cares about the values of their employees and provides opportunities for each employee excel / grow within their role, while also having fun. I've interacted with hundreds of customers, partners and vendors over the last few years and the consistent message from all is that there couldn't be a better work environment and management team to work for than at S&S.

Cons

As the Company continues to grow at the pace it is now, it's very important that the Company doesn't lose the personal connection it has with it's customers, partners and employees.
