Pros

Not many pros... I was very disappointed with the organization of the company

Cons

Very disorganized company. HR department is a mess. Management is very poorly supervised by higher ups. This company spun out of control during my time there.

As far as getting the job i was hired the same exact day through a temp agency, there was lots of paperwork to be done.

Pros

I love working in the area where you fold up The clothes and ship them off, i like that you can go anywhere to take your lunch break and you also get to choose whenever You want to go on lunch.... good pay rate as well ($10.50/hrly)

Cons

Never drive the EzGo unless you want to lose your job. No mistakes or accidents on that kart are to be made at all unless you werent at fault. They always talk about safety precautions but how can you remain safe when people are trying to run you over inside of the warehouse? YOu only get one 30min break and theu are extremely unorganized.

Pros

S&S treats all employees fairly. And, almost like family. The office contemporaries get along quite well. We are not cut throat or really piitted aginat each other. New employees are treated fairly and are under a 90 day supervision advisory. If it doesn't work out for either party; we both know in advance.

Cons

Customer Service job can be fairly mundane with little opportunity to advance
