      Pros

      A lot of PTO — but impossible to have the time to take it

      Cons

      They told me I would be based in Pittsburgh during interview and only driving to Indiana once or twice a month for meetings. Immediately after being hired, they told me I was expected to be in Indiana several times a week. (90 min drive from Pgh in non rush hour conditions) Ask lots of questions during interview about location expectations. Do not expect them to give honest answers.

      Tons of resources to gain knowledge and advance, your drive and tenacity will count for something, length of service is rewarded, culture is employee/people-oriented, decent benefits besides health insurance, healthy emphasis on diversity/equity/inclusion

      Cons

      Management unaware of employee's needs and processes within role, your tenacity and drive advances you in title but not in significant pay increase, expectation from executives to intertwine personal life with work life, management is overworked and understaffed, culture feels disingenuous, high deductible health insurance, executive staff lacks diversity
